The Voice Cloning feature in Voices AI may stop working for two main reasons:
1. Subscription Expired
How to check your subscription status:
Open Voices AI app.
Tap the menu in the top-left corner.
Check that your subscription status is Active.
How to fix it:
Renew your subscription to restore access, or contact the support team for help.

In-app: Use the Chat with Support button
If your subscription has expired, you will lose access to the premium Voice Cloning feature.
2. Voice Clone Limit Reached
Even with an active subscription, Voice Cloning may stop working if you have reached your allowed number of voice clones.
How to check it:
Open Voices AI app.
Go to the Clone section.
If you have reached the limit, you will see a notification under your cloned voices.
How to fix it:
Delete an existing voice clone by tapping the voice and selecting Delete.
After deleting one, you can create a new voice clone again.
You can repeat this process as many times as needed during an active subscription period.
