The Voice Cloning feature in Voices AI may stop working for two main reasons: an expired subscription or reaching your voice clone limit.
1. Subscription Expired
How to Check Your Subscription Status
Open Voices AI app.
Tap the menu in the top-left corner.
Check that your subscription status is Active.
How to Fix It
Renew your subscription to restore access

2. Voice Clone Limit Reached
Even with an active subscription, Voice Cloning may stop working if you have reached your allowed number of voice clones.
How to Check It
Open Voices AI app.
Go to the Clone section.
If you reached the limit, you will see a notification under your cloned voices.
How to Fix It
Tap a cloned voice
Select Delete to remove it
Create a new voice clone after deletion
You can repeat this process as many times as needed during an active subscription.
