How to Restore My Subscription

Learn how to restore your Voices AI subscription after reinstalling the app or switching devices.

You may lose access to your subscription after reinstalling the app or changing devices. In most cases, it can be restored by signing in with the correct account or using the restore option.


If You Were Signed In Before

  1. Log in using the same account (Apple, Google, or X) that you used to purchase the subscription.

  2. Restart the app to refresh your account.


If You Were Not Signed In

  1. Open the app.

  2. Go to Manage Subscription.

  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

  4. Restart the app.

Important Note

Subscriptions are linked to your account, not your device. Once you sign in with the correct account, your access is usually restored immediately.
