You may lose access to your subscription if you reinstall the app or switch devices. Follow the steps below based on your situation to restore it:

If you were signed in before:

  • Make sure you log in using the same account (Apple, Google, or X) that you used to purchase the subscription.

  • Restart the app to refresh your account.

If you weren’t signed in before:

  • Tap the Manage Subscription button in the app and select Restore Purchases.

  • Restart the app to refresh your account.
