If you changed your device and your credits are missing, it is usually because you are not logged into the same account used for the purchase.
To restore access to your credits:
Log in using the same account (Apple, Google, or X) that you used when you bought the credits or subscription.
Open the app’s Manage Subscription and try the Restore Purchases button.
