If your credits are missing after changing devices, it is usually because you are not logged into the same account used for the purchase.
How to Restore Your Credits
Log in using the same account (Apple, Google, or X) that you used when purchasing credits or a subscription.
Open the app and go to Manage Subscription.
Tap Restore Purchases.

Make sure you always use the same login method across devices to keep access to your purchases and credits.
